By downloading or using Picknow, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use the app.

Use of the Service

• You must be at least 16 years old to use Picknow.
• You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account.
• Orders placed through Picknow are agreements between you and the restaurant.

Payments

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. Picknow does not store your credit card details.

Limitation of Liability

Picknow is not responsible for issues related to food quality, preparation, or delays caused by restaurants. We act as a facilitator between you and our partner restaurants.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Picknow after changes means you accept the new Terms.
